Upcoming Prayer and Fasting Dates
On the first Thursday of every month, we will be fasting and praying together for our church and community. Each month will have a different focus area. Below are our current prayer points.

Prayer Points for June 2026
World Impact Team and our Field Partners - We have just finished our World Impact week. Pray that our whole church will capture the mission heart of God. Especially pray for our Field Partners. Many of them are doing it tough, facing immense persecution. Commit to pray for our Field Partners both now and constantly throughout the year.
Senior Minister Transition - Give thanks to God for Andrew and all that he has done in the life of our church. Let’s continue to uphold Godwin and his family as he transitions into this new role. As we go through this time of transition, pray that we will be instruments of unity.
EPIC youth camp (26-28 June) - One of our roles as followers of Jesus is to faithfully pass on to the next generation the gospel of Jesus Christ. So, let’s pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on everyone who attends the camp. Pray for many to come to Christ and many to recommit their lives to follow Him in a fresh and vibrant way.
Getting Ready to Fast
These are some great reflections around why prayer and fasting is so profound and powerful. By nature, every one of us is inclined to take the path of least resistance. We want to avoid pain at all costs. We love shortcuts. We tend to avoid disciplines, however God says when we do fast and pray he will reward us.
- Decide what you are going to fast from. Food, technology, entertainment or something else.
- Block out a specific time that you will abstain from it so you can pray and seek God.
- Be consistent. Stay with it. Stick to it.
- Set a specific period of time.
- Set a specific objective. What will you like to focus on in prayer during that time.
- Prepare yourself spiritually. Take time to read the word. Worship. Journal.
