Care
Give Now Central to our mission is the creation of a warm and secure environment where individuals feel embraced and valued. We provide practical assistance such as access to fresh and nutritious food, financial support, guidance on budgeting, and strategies for debt reduction. In addition to our existing services, we are proud to offer counselling, recognizing the importance of addressing not only material needs but also emotional and mental well-being. We cultivate supportive and inclusive spaces where people can forge meaningful connections, seek guidance, acquire new skills, and discover hope and healing.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every person who walks through our doors experiences a profound sense of belonging and significance. With your generous support, CLCC continues to serve as an indispensable ministry of the church, extending a helping hand to individuals and families facing adversity within our local community, while making a profound impact and effecting positive change in their lives every day.

College
The aim of the College is to provide students with the opportunity to participate in a vibrant learning environment, grow in knowledge and wisdom, and develop God-given gifts and abilities. The College has an enrolment of over 2,300 students across campuses at Wantirna South and Narre Warren South. A significant capital development program is required to meet the demands of the growing school community.

Our campus at Narre Warren South is now in its thirteenth year of operation and has over 1000 students enrolled from Prep to Year 12. We continue to be encouraged by the growth of our second campus and the opportunities it is providing to extend Christian Education in one of Australia’s most rapidly developing municipalities.

Construction of the Junior Secondary building at our Narre Warren South campus commenced in early 2023 and was completed in April 2024. Staff and students are delighted with their new two-storey building which provides general learning areas for students in Years 7 to 9, along with breakout spaces, specialist music classrooms, learning support classrooms, and staff spaces. The project was completed at a cost of around $11 million.

The two-storey South Wing project at our Wantirna South campus nears completion. The new building will provide Junior Secondary and Senior Secondary learning areas, a VCE Common Room and study spaces, Careers, administration areas, and connections to the Library and Oval Wing. A timber deck provides a link to the bushland at the east end of the building. The total cost of this project is $13 million. Wantirna South Campus Lily Chalmers and Jezreel Tan ~ What a blessing it is to be able to represent our student body over the next year as College Captains. It brings us both great joy to be serving our community, while ultimately serving the Lord. Paul instructs the church of Corinth to follow the example of Christ (1 Corinthians 11). In 2024, we desire to glorify the Lord through all our endeavours (1 Corinthians 10), by leading with integrity and humility in the plans God has for our School. Our prayer is that Waverley Christian College will be a place where students not only feel a sense of belonging within the community, but individually feel that they play an important part in the kingdom of God.

As College Captains, we pray that we will be led by the Holy Spirit. Through this, we hope that all we do will reflect the heart of Christ, as we seek to be an encouragement to our peers.
Wantirna South College Captains
Natania Alfred and Sion Botha ~ "Throughout 2024, we have been blessed to lead our College community. Through the opportunities that our role as student leaders within our School provide, we aim to lead our peers to have a deeper relationship with the Lord. We believe that as ambassadors of Christ, each student and staff member has a calling to share the gospel of Jesus Christ to the wider community outside of our school environment. Aligning with this year’s value of ‘Respect’, we intend to make our School a unified, zealous yet humble cohort of students on fire for God and the coming of His kingdom.

"But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin." 1 John 7

Many of these people who find freedom join our team and work with us to protect others who are amongst the most vulnerable and impoverished.

Your contribution to the Kingdom Investment Fund will enable us to continue this significant work in providing freedom to hundreds of women who are trapped in cycle of abuse, seeing them recover hope and dignity.
We work in over 350 of these villages and are helping these people find hope and freedom. Give Now
