Michael and Gwen pioneered the 3Ce ministries in May 2014 with the vision to raising strong indigenous Christian communities in Sabah and Sarawak, Malaysia. 3Ce strategies include partnering with local churches, participating in mission, promoting pre-schools, preparing and training of leaders, and promoting sustainable enterprises. 3Ce is a ministry of CityLife World Impact.
A sustainability entrepreneur and chartered engineer, Dr. Michael Loke promotes solar renewables and clean water systems while ministering regularly in South East Asia. He earned a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary, Master degrees in mechanical engineering and ministry with 30+ years in corporate management of major American companies in Asia and Australia.
Michael has been involved with mission, holistic health, leadership development and coaching for the last 40 years. He served on the board of eldership at CityLife Church from 2011 to 2020.
Through generous donor support, 3Ce is funding various leadership and community development projects impacting more than 20,000 people in Sabah and Sarawak. The clean water projects in particular have resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings and elimination of millions of plastic bottles for these communities. Economic and health wellbeing are anticipated for future generations.
