Citylife Kids
Teaching Children The Foundations of Our Faith in God, so They Will Come to Know, Love and Serve Our Heavenly Father as Authentic Young Disciples of Jesus
CityLife Kids ministry is for children aged from 1 year old through to Primary 6. This is offered during our weekend church services. Our aim is to reach out to children in our congregation as well as those within our community. We want to raise them up in the things of God, so they will come to know, love and serve our Heavenly Father and grow into authentic young disciples of Jesus. At CityLife Kids we treasure each child and are committed to provide a safe, fun and God-filled environment for them.

Tough Questions Kids Ask
Kids ask the MOST interesting questions! Don’t they? The same applies to their curiosity about God and faith. To help our parents, here is a collection of their questions answered from a Biblical perspective.

Safe
We endeavour to create a space in which your child feels safe, welcomed and loved. All our volunteers who are 18 years and above have a Working with Children Check and Police Check. We have an electronic check in system that requires all children to be accompanied by a parent/guardian to collect a printed name label and parent pick-up receipts prior to the commencement of each service. The parent pick-up receipt will need to be presented when collecting your child.
Fun
CityLife Kids is a place where learning is fun in rooms designed and equipped with a variety of toys, crafts and games. Bible truths come alive through lively music, vibrant songs and meaningful age appropriate stories. Our interactive small group activity time enables children to connect with their leaders, share openly and make friends.
God-Filled
We endeavour through prayer to instil in each child the love we ourselves have for Jesus and help them to recognise the power and presence of God at work in their precious lives.
TASK Force
TASK Force is a leadership training program for children in Years 7 and 8. Launched in 2006, this program empowers children and provides opportunities for them to discover, and use, their God-given gifts and abilities.
Our caring and gifted TASK Force mentors will specially train and coach the young leaders so they are ready for ministry in specific areas of children’s ministry. The program runs for a minimum of one year.

Motherhood
Motherhood is for mothers of children from birth to pre-school age. It’s designed to provide a designated time mothers can set aside for themselves in order to connect with others and have some ‘time out’ from their busy schedules. Every mum is welcome. While we lovingly care for your children, you are then free to enjoy our wonderful speakers who will share on topics that are both relevant and practical for mums with children in those early childhood years. You’ll be both encouraged and challenged to reach your potential and recognise the influence you have within your family, and your world. At Motherhood you will find an accepting and welcoming environment where you can build friendships, be encouraged and invest in yourself. For further information regarding Motherhood, please email women@citylife.church or phone 9871 8300.
