CityLife Community Care
Our vision is rooted in responsibly addressing the needs and challenges encountered by those navigating difficult times. Through our comprehensive programs, we strive to provide holistic support, acknowledging the inherent worth of every individual as a reflection of a caring and compassionate God.
Each year we minister to approximately 900 households/families in our local area. Central to our mission is the creation of a warm and secure environment where individuals feel embraced and valued. We provide practical assistance such as access to fresh and nutritious food, financial support, guidance on budgeting, and strategies for debt reduction. In addition to our existing services, we are proud to offer counselling, and a number of groups that accommodate the needs of social isolation and parenting support, recognizing the importance of addressing not only material distress but also emotional and mental well-being. We cultivate supportive and inclusive spaces where people can forge meaningful connections, seek guidance, acquire new skills, and discover hope and healing.
Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every person who walks through our doors experiences a profound sense of belonging and significance. With your generous support, CLCC continues to serve as an indispensable ministry of the church, extending a helping hand to individuals and families facing adversity within our local community, while making a meaningful impact and effecting positive change in their lives every day.
Waverley Christian College
Waverley Christian College is a school community where young people are challenged to develop an uncompromising faith in Jesus Christ and learn to grow in love for God and others. The aim of the College is to provide students with the opportunity to participate in a vibrant learning environment, grow in knowledge and wisdom, and develop God-given gifts and abilities. The College has an enrolment of over 2,400 students across campuses at Wantirna South and Narre Warren South. A significant capital development program is required to meet the demands of the growing school community.
Our campus at Narre Warren South is now in its fifteenth year of operation and has over 1150 students enrolled from Prep to Year 12. We continue to be encouraged by the growth of our second campus and the opportunities it is providing to extend Christian Education in one of Australia's most rapidly developing municipalities.
Work will begin soon on a Senior Learning and Resource Centre which will be a state-of-the-art three-storey building that has been designed to support a dynamic and engaging learning environment for students and staff. In addition to the Resource Centre for both Primary and Secondary students, the building will house a dedicated Senior Student Study and Common Areas with various seated breakout spaces for both individual and collaborative learning and a Careers (pathways) precinct. The building will also provide much needed General Learning and Vocational Major (VM) Classrooms for the expanded senior program.
World Impact
CityLife World Impact has a goal to reach out and positively impact more than 500 new communities around the world by 2026. As part of this goal, the Kingdom Investment Fund helps to sustain the ongoing operation of various local and overseas projects.
Indigenous Hope (formerly AAOM) is one of our World Impact partners, supporting pastors serving in remote Indigenous communities across Australia.
Through our Indigenous Missions Support Leaders, Brian and Isobell Pither, an urgent need was identified - to replace an aging bus that had travelled over 700,000 kilometres for the past 30 years. These pastors and their families are based in Nhulunbuy, in Australia’s far north.
Thanks to the generosity of CityLife Church, a reliable second-hand bus was provided, now meeting vital transport needs for both the family and the wider church community.
Your contribution to the Kingdom Investment Fund helps make stories like this possible, enabling World Impact to make a difference to missions.
