World
Impact
CityLife World Impact has a goal to reach out and positively impact more than 500 new communities around the world by 2025. As part of this goal, the Kingdom Investment Fund helps to sustain the ongoing operation of various overseas projects.
The solar project enables the smooth running of schools and women vocational centres in rural/underserved communities in South Asia, where power outages are rampant, disrupting student learning and hindering overall operations.
The solar project provides reliable electricity which is essential for daily life and productivity. This initiative helps assess the scope of the installation and manages solar panel installations to optimise generation of electricity, overcoming the issue of chronic electricity shortages.
One recent recipient is our field partner based in South Asia. The solar energy system was successfully installed and directly benefits 230 individuals and indirectly supported an additional 1,150 people by ensuring uninterrupted education and services. In doing so, it enhances energy independence, support environmental sustainability, and empower the community for lasting impact.
Your contribution to the Kingdom Investment Fund will support such projects giving children and women access to good education and skills development opportunities, building self-sustaining futures.
